. We are looking for an experienced
Production Manager
to handle end-to-end production operations, ensure quality standards, and deliver orders on time.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and monitor the complete production process for men's bottom wear.
Supervise
cutting, stitching, washing, finishing, and packing
departments.
Ensure daily and monthly production targets are met within timelines.
Maintain quality standards and reduce rejection and alteration rates.
Coordinate with
sampling, merchandising, and quality teams
for smooth workflow.
Allocate manpower effectively and monitor daily production outputs.
Maintain production reports,
line balancing, efficiency tracking, and WIP control
.
Control fabric and accessory wastage; ensure optimum resource utilization.
Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Ensure compliance with
safety, quality, and operational standards
.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in garment manufacturing.
Strong experience in
men's bottom wear production (denim/non-denim)
.
Hands-on knowledge of
stitching operations, machine handling, and garment construction
.
Experience in
production planning, line setting, and efficiency improvement
.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to handle pressure and work in a
