PureFem is seeking an experienced

Production Manager

to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing unit at Peddavutupalli, specializing in the production of

sanitary napkin vending machines

and

incinerators

.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire production process to ensure timely and quality manufacturing of machines. Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities for optimal efficiency and output. Monitor production timelines and ensure targets are met without compromising quality. Ensure proper utilization of resources--manpower, materials, and machinery. Maintain strict quality control standards and coordinate with the QA team. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or operational issues in the production line. Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and environmental regulations. Supervise and train production staff, maintain discipline, and motivate the team. Collaborate with the procurement and inventory team for materials planning. Generate production reports and report progress to senior management.

Key Requirements:

Minimum

4 years of experience

in managing production in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of

mechanical/electrical production processes

, preferably related to vending/incinerator equipment. Good leadership and team management skills. Hands-on approach with problem-solving ability. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
