Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end production operations at our furniture manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production planning, high-quality output, cost control, and timely delivery while maintaining safety and operational standards. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines Manage manpower, machinery, and materials for optimal productivity Ensure quality standards are met across all stages of furniture manufacturing Coordinate with design, procurement, and logistics teams Implement process improvements to reduce wastage and control costs Monitor inventory, production reports, and KPIs Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and regulatory standards Requirements : 8+ years of experience in furniture or wood-based manufacturing Strong knowledge of production planning, machining, finishing, and assembly processes Proven leadership and team management skills Ability to handle pressure and meet production deadlines Basic computer skills (ERP/production reporting preferred) Compensation : ₹60,000 - ?75,000 per month (commensurate with experience and skills)
