Job Responsibilities:
Develop and refine healthy soup and snack recipes considering nutrition trends and consumer preference.
Conduct kitchen trials , sensory evaluation , and shelf - life testing.
Collaborate with production for flavor enhancement and quality consistency.
Work with QA to ensure food safety and compliance
Train production staff on recipes and SOPs.
Generate innovative ideas for nutritious cuisine.
Expertise in nutritious soups and snacks.
