JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and refine healthy soup and snack recipes considering nutrition trends and consumer preferences.
2. Conduct kitchen trials, sensory evaluations, and shelf-life testing.
3. Collaborate with production for flavor enhancement and quality consistency.
4. Work with QA to ensure food safety and compliance.
5. Train production staff on recipes and SOPs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Culinary degree/diploma or food tech background
5-10 years' experience in product development
