Job description:

We are seeking a highly professional Production Manager for conveyor cementing shoes who will oversees the entire production process, ensuring efficient and quality-focused manufacturing of cemented shoes on a conveyor system.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning and Scheduling:

Developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and workflows for cemented shoe production on the conveyor system.

Quality Control:

Establishing and maintaining quality standards, monitoring production processes, and implementing quality control programs to ensure finished shoes meet required specifications.

Resource Management:

Managing materials, equipment, and labor to optimize production efficiency and minimize waste.

Team Supervision:

Leading and motivating a team of production staff, providing training, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality procedures.

Process Optimization:

Identifying areas for process improvement, implementing solutions, and collaborating with engineering and other teams to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.

Maintenance Coordination:

Ensuring proper maintenance and repair of equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.

Reporting and Analysis:

Preparing production reports, analyzing data, and identifying trends to improve performance and meet targets.

Safety Compliance:

Enforcing safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment for all production personnel.

Budget Management:

Monitoring production costs and ensuring adherence to budget guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of cemented shoe manufacturing processes, including lasting, cementing, and finishing techniques.

Production Management Experience:

Proven experience in managing and overseeing production operations, preferably in a footwear or related industry.

Leadership and Management Skills:

Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of production staff.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to identify and resolve production issues, optimize processes, and implement solutions.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Effective communication with team members, supervisors, and other departments.

Organizational and Time Management Skills:

Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines and production targets.

Quality Control Awareness:

Understanding of quality control procedures and standards, with the ability to implement and monitor them effectively.

Knowledge of Safety Regulations:

Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations applicable to a production environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
