1. Production Planning & Control
Develop and implement production schedules based on customer orders and delivery timelines.
Allocate resources (manpower, machines, materials) efficiently to achieve targets.
Monitor daily production activities and adjust plans as required.
2. Process & Quality Management
Ensure that all production processes meet quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
Work closely with the quality control team to reduce rework and wastage.
Identify process improvements and implement lean manufacturing principles.
3. Team Management
Supervise, train, and motivate production staff.
Evaluate team performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Promote a safe, disciplined, and efficient work environment.
4. Coordination & Communication
Liaise with design, purchase, stores, and maintenance departments for smooth workflow.
Ensure timely availability of materials and parts for uninterrupted production.
Communicate production status, delays, and bottlenecks to management.
5. Equipment & Maintenance Oversight
Ensure machines and tools are well-maintained and preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize equipment downtime.
6. Cost & Efficiency Control
Monitor material consumption, labour hours, and overall production costs.
Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality or safety.
7. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain production records, reports, and performance data.
Analyze production metrics to track efficiency, output, and quality levels.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Experience:
Production: 5 years (Preferred)
Bakery Equipment Production: 5 years (Preferred)
Commercial Machine: 5 years (Preferred)
