Meeting the Production plan and machine utilization as per requirement from Planning CNC ,VMC,HMC,VTL machining knowledge Knowledge of production planning. Knowledge on Modern Manufacturing techniques. Knowledge on Problem solving techniques. People Management Skills
Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the CNC Machine Shop Ensure that production schedules are met and products are manufactured to the required specifications Manage the resources, including manpower, machines, and materials, required for production Develop and implement processes, procedures & man power to improve efficiency and quality. Monitor and maintain the performance of the CNC machines Identify and resolve any production issues or bottlenecks that may arise Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with other departments, such as Engineering and Quality Assurance, to achieve overall company objectives. Ensure proper 5s in the shop floor and create the 5s culture in the shop floor. Effectively control & Monitor the Work in progress Inventory level. Create Continuous Improvement culture in the shop floor. Create the culture of structured problem solving techniques among the supervisor levels. Create Quality circle concepts among the operator level and make operators to understand MY MACHINE Concept. Periodically plot Skill matrix and train the people accordingly.
Requirements

Qualification : BE Mechanical engineering

Experience : 7 to 15 years of experience in CNC machine shop

Strong leadership and managerial skills Technical proficiency in CNC machines Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures

Pay: Up to ?50,000.00 per month
