Job Summary - Cleanroom Production Manager:

The Clean Rooms Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of our clean room facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role is critical to maintaining the quality and integrity of our production processes, leading a team of dedicated professionals, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all aspects of cleanroom production, including scheduling, workflow, and quality control. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies related to cleanroom operations. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices to optimize efficiency and product quality. Lead, trained, and mentored production staff to maintain a high-performing team. Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary. Coordinate with other departments, including Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless operations. Oversee maintenance and calibration of clean room equipment and facilities. Ensure all safety protocols are followed and promote a culture of safety and compliance within the team. Prepare and manage budgets for clean room operations, including labor, materials, and equipment. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements to keep our clean room operations at the cutting edge.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in cleanroom operations, preferably in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of cleanroom standards (e.g., ISO 14644) and best practices. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in using production management software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
