Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Production Manager

to oversee the end to end execution of

fashion shoot operations

This role requires strong project management, vendor coordination, and problem solving skills to ensure seamless shoot execution The Production Manager will be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, logistics, vendor management, and on set operations, ensuring that the creative team is fully supported to deliver high quality fashion campaigns on time.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Production

Coordinate with the creative director and marketing team to understand shoot concepts and deliverables Prepare detailed production schedules call sheet s, and shot lists. Source and book talent (makeup artists, stylists, assistants). Arrange shoot locations, studio bookings, permits, and logistics. Procure or coordinate props, wardrobe, set design and equipment rentals. Manage budgets and negotiate rates with vendors and suppliers.

On Set Management

Oversee shoot day operations ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to schedule. Act as the primary point of contact for all crew and talent during production. Troubleshoot on the spot issues (logistical, or personnel). Ensure brand guidelines quality benchmarks and safety standards are maintained.

Post-Production Coordination

Handover files, references, and notes to the post-production team. Track deliverables and ensure edits meet deadlines. Maintain production archives receipts and vendor databases for future reference.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in mass communication, Fashion Management, Media Production, Event Management or related field. 3 to 5 years of proven experience in production management preferably in fashion, media, or advertising shoots. Strong understanding of fashion shoot processes, vendor management, and budgeting. Experience working with creative teams' stylists' models and technical crews.
