Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Production Manager / Factory Supervisor to oversee end-to-end factory operations in an interior or furniture manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily factory operations and production activities. Prepare, understand, and execute

cutting lists

accurately. Manage carpenters, machine operators, and factory staff. Ensure production timelines, quality standards, and material optimization. Coordinate with design and project teams for smooth execution. Monitor inventory, wastage control, and production efficiency.

Mandatory Requirements (Strict):

10-15 years of experience in interior or furniture factory supervision (mandatory)

Strong cutting list knowledge and hands-on experience (mandatory)

. Experience handling factory floor operations independently.
