Production Planning, Execution And Efficiency Management
Oversee the entire crane production process.
Coordinate with design and estimation departments to ensure design requirements are met. o Develop production schedules and manage resources.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Manage a team of engineers, fabricators, fitters, and technicians.
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical support.
