What you will be doing?

• Oversee and optimize the entire production process to meet quality and efficiency goals
• Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors and operators
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and production schedules
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall production performance
• Drive cost-effective production processes while maintaining product excellence

What an ideal candidate will look like?

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred)
• 15 years of experience in production management of battery plant
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
