Roles & Responsibilities :
Min. experience of 8-10 years in industrial fermentation, preferably in bio-fertilizer, agriculture, or biotech manufacturing.
Proven expertise in scaling microbial fermentation processes from lab to industrial scale.
Strong understanding of microbial cultures, anaerobic/aerobic fermentation processes, and downstream processing techniques.
Experience with fermentation equipment, reactors, control systems, and process automation.
Knowledge of quality control standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory requirements for bio-fertilizer production.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot fermentation processes.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Proficiency in SAP, ERP, Microsoft & Analytical ability for process control and monitoring
