Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager from the printing and packaging industry to manage end-to-end production of kappa boxes and rigid boxes. The candidate should have strong knowledge of printing processes, box manufacturing, and production planning to ensure timely and quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily production operations for kappa and rigid box manufacturing

Plan and schedule production to meet order deadlines

Supervise production staff and ensure proper workflow on the shop floor

Monitor quality standards and minimize rejections and wastage

Coordinate with design, procurement, and dispatch teams

Ensure proper use and maintenance of machines and materials

Maintain production records, reports, and inventory usage

Implement safety and quality compliance on the production floor

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a printing/packaging company

Hands-on experience in kappa box and rigid box production

Knowledge of printing processes, pasting, lamination, and finishing

Ability to manage labor and meet tight production timelines

Strong problem-solving and team management skills

Qualification:

Diploma / Graduation (preferred but not mandatory)

Relevant industry experience is mandatory

Working Days:

6 days a week

Location Preference:

Candidates residing near Mundka or nearby areas preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?41,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
