Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to lead the production and logistics for TeamEx events. The role involves complete responsibility for planning, coordinating, and executing production and logistics for high-energy team experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end production and logistics operations for The TeamEx. Plan, schedule, and coordinate logistics such as transportation, material management, storage, and on-ground movement. Oversee production setup for formats like

Squid Games, F1 Car Building

, and other experiential activities. Coordinate with vendors, fabrication teams, and internal departments to ensure timely and quality deliverables. Oversee event setup, breakdown, and smooth execution with high attention to detail. Conduct site visits, safety checks, and ensure compliance with event standards. Maintain inventory, manage procurement, and track material utilization efficiently. Prepare event budgets, production timelines, and cost sheets. Identify and resolve operational challenges in real time. Prepare post-event production and logistics reports.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years

of experience in event production, logistics, or experiential event operations. Strong knowledge of logistics planning, vendor coordination, and production management. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in fast-paced environments. Willingness to work onsite and travel for events when required.

Work Details:

Location: Hauz Khas, New Delhi Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Schedule: Mon-Fri (Work from Office), Sat (Work from Home)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
