Job Description

We are seeking a

Production Manager

to lead our furniture manufacturing unit -- someone who understands design precision, technical detailing, and on-site quality execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee

end-to-end furniture production

-- from material planning to final dispatch Coordinate with

design team

for technical drawings, finishes, and approvals Plan and allocate daily

work schedules

to carpenters, polishers, and factory staff Ensure

quality control

, material optimization, and timely completion of orders Maintain records of

production status, material consumption, and inventory

Supervise

installation coordination

and dispatch logistics Liaise with

vendors and suppliers

for materials and hardware Enforce

safety, cleanliness, and discipline

within the factory.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in

Furniture Design / Interior Design / Production / Mechanical

or related field

3+ years

of experience in modular furniture or custom furniture manufacturing Strong technical knowledge of

materials, joinery, hardware, and finishes

Ability to read

AutoCAD drawings

and production details Leadership skills with hands-on approach in factory operations Knowledge of

modular furniture machinery, edge banding, panel cutting, and assembly

is preferred

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
