Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic Production Manager to lead our furniture manufacturing unit, ensuring smooth operations from design handover to final dispatch.

The ideal candidate will be equally skilled in production management, accounts handling, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage daily/weekly production schedules Monitor timeliness and quality of production at each stage Coordinate with design and site teams for execution accuracy Handle factory accounts, vendor billing, and cost tracking Manage workforce productivity and material flow Maintain inventory and ensure on-time deliveries Prepare periodic production and expense reports for management

Requirements:

Proven experience in furniture / modular factory operations Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and hardware systems Knowledge of Tally / Excel-based accounting Excellent coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work under timelines and maintain quality control
Salary: As per experience and industry standards
