Job Description

:

Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand forecasts. Coordinate with R&D, Procurement, and Assembly teams to ensure seamless workflow. Monitor daily operations and adjust schedules as needed. Identify bottlenecks and implement lean manufacturing practices. Ensure continual improvement in production efficiency and cost reduction. Lead and manage production floor staff, including assembly line staff and drone pilots. Provide training, mentoring, and performance evaluations. Ensure quality standards are consistently met and maintained. Work with QA teams to implement root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues. Oversee raw material planning, inventory levels, and usage. Liaise with procurement to ensure timely material availability. Maintain production reports, metrics, and documentation Analyze production data to prepare reports for senior management. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations including DGCA or other relevant bodies
Qualification and skills:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment, with 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems for production planning, inventory control, and BOM management. Proven experience in the manufacturing/assembly of

complex electronic or electro-mechanical systems

(e.g., UAVs, robotics, aerospace components, medical devices). Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and modern process optimization techniques.
