Job Description
Position: Production Manager Reports To: Manufacturing Head Products: Interventional Cardiology Location: Dehradun Experience: Minimum 10 years working within production and manufacturing environment of stents and associated products
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Executing the Production Plan, control Production processes effectively with Safety, Quality & Productivity. Aligning with PAN India initiatives related to the stent market.
- Manpower planning & allocation of people on the manufacturing lines during the shifts.
- Manage and lead a direct team and work closely with QA/RA team. Communicate production status to team and to upper management on a regular basis.
- Batch record Sheets, production logbooks, other documents required to meet GMP & HSE requirements
- Maintain & perform Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Perform the SAP transactions for accounting of material & FG's.
- Support new product development, trials, validation & CIP projects.
- Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment to ensure calibration status is always maintained.
- Introducing innovative manufacturing processes
Mandatory Requisites:
- Education: A degree in an Engineering discipline is preferable.
- Knowledge: In the manufacturing of medical devices, preferably Stents.
- Technology: SAP awareness, Computer savvy.
- Other Skills: Team Building, Excellent communication skills, Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
