Responsible for managing overall garment production with a strong focus on
fabric cutting, pattern making, and workflow supervision
. Ensures efficient fabric utilization, quality output, and timely delivery of production targets. Coordinates with design, sampling, and stitching teams to maintain accuracy and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise fabric cutting and ensure precise execution as per size and pattern.
Plan and monitor daily production schedules.
Coordinate with pattern makers, tailors, and QC teams.
Control fabric usage and minimize wastage.
Maintain production quality and meet delivery timelines.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Garment or Textile Technology.
5+ years of experience in production management and fabric cutting.
Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and team supervision.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
