Proficient in MS Office and production management tools/software.
Roles & Responsibilities -
Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities to meet quality standards and deadlines.
Supervise the production team and ensure smooth workflow across departments (cutting, assembly, polishing, upholstery, etc.).
Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality teams to ensure material availability and production accuracy.
Monitor production schedules, manpower utilization, and equipment maintenance.
Implement cost-control measures and minimize production waste.
Maintain production records, reports, and performance metrics.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance with company policies.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best manufacturing practices.
Train and motivate production staff to achieve operational excellence.
