Nutragen Pharma is hiring an experienced

Production Manager

with at least

3 years of hands-on experience in cosmetic product manufacturing

. The role involves supervising daily operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and leading a production team to achieve efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and oversee daily cosmetic production activities. Ensure compliance with

GMP, ISO, and regulatory guidelines

. Monitor raw material usage, reduce wastage, and improve productivity. Coordinate with

Quality Control, R&D, and Supply Chain

teams. Lead, train, and motivate production staff. Maintain accurate batch records, production reports, and documentation. Ensure workplace safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:

Bachelor's / Diploma in

Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or related field

. Minimum

3 years' experience

in cosmetic or personal care manufacturing. Strong knowledge of

GMP and regulatory compliance

. Excellent team management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
