Job Title :- Production Manager ( CNC Machine shop)

Qualification : BE or Diploma ( Mechanical) with Min 10 Years Experience Based at (Business Unit, Section) :- Bhosari

Position reports to Director

Key Responsibilities

Overall Control of Production and Quality Monitoring day-to-day Plant operations . Machine Breakdown Analysis & Preventive maintenance Monitor and evaluate performance of Senior Supervisors and Supervisors MBW Cost of Poor Quality Monitoring & Reducing Tool cost monitoring & Reducing Man power planning & Training need Identification Machine Load planning as per Schedule & Monitoring Monitoring dispatch plans given by Sales & Marketing. Any other work assigned or delegated by the management Team. Maintain Overall Discipline follow safety and environmental norms in plant
