Role Objective

? Oversee the

entire production process

from planning to execution.

? Act as a

link between management and shop floor teams

.

? Ensure

production targets

are met in terms of quality, quantity, and cost.

? Manage

resources

(manpower, machines, materials).

? Drive

continuous improvement

and efficiency in operations.

? Ensure compliance with

safety, quality, and regulatory standards

.

Roles and responsibilities

Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.

Allocate resources to meet demand and deadlines.

Monitor workflow and make adjustments when necessary.

Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure skill development.

Resolve conflicts and maintain discipline on the shop floor.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.

Coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections and audits.

Identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions

Enforce workplace safety procedures.

Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental regulations.

Coordinate with R&D, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams.

Identify areas for process improvement.

Monitor Material Management.

Knowledge and Skill set

Ability to plan schedules, allocate resources, and meet output targets. Understanding of manufacturing processes (mechanical, electrical, or chemical depending on industry). Skills in managing raw materials, equipment, and workforce efficiently. Basic knowledge of equipment upkeep and preventive maintenance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
