Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Production Manager

to oversee the end-to-end manufacturing and execution process for office interior projects. You will be responsible for ensuring timely production, quality control, vendor coordination, and smooth on-site execution aligned with project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and supervise the production of modular office furniture and fit-outs
Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams for seamless workflow
Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of materials and finishes
Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet design specifications and standards
Manage vendors, fabricators, carpenters, and site labor effectively
Ensure efficient resource utilization and minimize material wastage
Oversee on-site installation and handle daily execution progress
Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and project tracking
Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in office interior or modular furniture production
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and factory/site operations
Strong knowledge of raw materials, hardware, joinery techniques, and finishes
Familiarity with BoQ, AutoCAD drawings, and technical specifications
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Proficient in MS Excel, project tracking tools, and reporting
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
