Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to meet targets and timelines
Manage production staff, including supervisors and operators; ensure effective shift planning
Ensure compliance with food safety standards (FSSAI), GMP, and internal quality protocols
Monitor production performance, yields, wastage, and downtime; implement improvements
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations
Maintain production records, batch sheets, and MIS reports
Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of machinery and equipment
Implement cost-control measures and continuous process improvements
Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and discipline on the shop floor
Experience Requirement
Minimum
5 years of experience
in a
managerial role
Prior
beverage manufacturing
experience is mandatory
