Oversee the entire production process from

cut to pack

to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. Lead and manage a team of production staff, ensuring optimal performance, training, and adherence to safety standards. Supervise the operation of

300+ machines

, ensuring smooth functionality and timely maintenance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, procurement, quality control) to ensure production meets requirements and deadlines. Monitor and analyze production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Maintain a strong focus on

cost management

and

resource optimization

while ensuring product quality. Troubleshoot production issues, implementing solutions for bottlenecks or machinery downtime. Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
