Key Responsibilities:



Plan, organize, and supervise

daily production activities

in the restaurant and bakery. Ensure

timely preparation

and delivery of bakery and kitchen items as per demand. Maintain

quality, taste, and presentation standards

in line with company recipes. Monitor

inventory levels

of raw materials and coordinate with the purchase team for requirements. Ensure

food safety, hygiene, and sanitation

standards are strictly followed. Manage and train

production staff

, assign tasks, and ensure smooth shift operations. Control

production costs

, minimize wastage, and ensure optimal utilization of materials and manpower. Coordinate with the sales and service teams to meet daily and special order requirements. Maintain production

records, batch sheets, and reports

. Oversee

equipment maintenance

and ensure smooth production flow.

Qualifications:



Degree/Diploma in

Hotel Management, Food Technology, or Bakery & Confectionery

. Minimum

3 years of experience

in restaurant or bakery production management. Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills. Knowledge of

food safety (FSSAI) and HACCP

standards preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
