Planning,Organizing & reviewing production day wise meeting, monthly targets, business plans.
?? Briefing packing area before start of shift about days production plan, dispatch plan.
?? To plan suitable deployment of manpower according to m/c requirement.
?? Ensuring the calibration status of all instruments.
?? To follow preventive maintenance schedule as circulate by maintenance department.
?? To review all work of follower and communicateto superior time .
?? Maintaining various checklist related with maintenance.
( There should be knowledge of all the lines mentioned above)
