Plan, organize, and execute daily production activities to meet target output.
Monitor machine performance and ensure minimal downtime.
Ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials for uninterrupted production.
Coordinate with maintenance and logistics teams for continuous production support.
Supervise production staff, operators, and helpers to ensure efficient work performance.
Allocate duties and shifts based on workload and manpower availability.
Maintain daily production records, shift reports, and wastage data.
Report any deviations, machine issues, or manpower shortages to senior management.
Provide daily/weekly production updates to management.
Ensure production area remains clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
Skills
Minimum 5-6 years of experience in production supervision (preferred in manufacturing industry).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to handle production pressure and achieve targets.
Basic knowledge of machines and production processes.
Qualifications
Graduate or equivalent
