Job Description

As a production manager of a precured tread rubber manufacturing unit, the following duties needs to be covered:

Planning and organizing production schedules: You will need to create production schedules and ensure that they are followed accurately to meet production targets and deadlines.

Managing and supervising production staff: You will be responsible for managing a team of production workers, ensuring that they are properly trained, and that they are following safety protocols and production standards.

Monitoring production processes: You will need to monitor the production processes to ensure that they are running efficiently and identify any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and finding solutions to any problems that may arise during production.

Maintaining production equipment: You will be responsible for ensuring that all production equipment is properly maintained, repaired, and serviced. You will need to work closely with maintenance staff to ensure that equipment is operating at maximum efficiency.

Ensuring quality control: You will need to develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that the tread rubber produced meets the required standards of quality.

Managing inventory: You will be responsible for managing inventory levels to ensure that there is enough raw material on hand to meet production demands, while avoiding overstocking.

Collaborating with other departments: You will need to collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and procurement, to ensure that production is aligned with business goals and strategies.

Overall, as a production manager for tread rubber, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the manufacturing process is efficient, cost-effective, and producing high-quality products that meet customer needs.
