Position _ Production Manager
Qualification: Any Engineering/ CIPET
Location -Bavla
Experience: Candidate having 10+ years of exp. Out of which 5 years Managerial experience is necessary. Looking after overall manufacturing of syringes and disposable surgical product
- Production and manufacturing process and handled team
Develop and implement production strategies to meet business objectives
Oversee day-to-day operations of the production department
Monitor and enhance production efficiency and output
Develop and manage production budgets
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
