We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production, Maintenance & Quality Control Engineer to join our manufacturing unit in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring machinery maintenance, and implementing quality control measures to uphold product standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Production:

Monitor and manage daily production activities to meet output targets. Coordinate with the planning team to ensure timely availability of raw materials. Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize production efficiency.Shine

Maintenance:

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime. Maintain maintenance logs and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Quality Control:

Inspect incoming raw materials and outgoing finished products for compliance with quality standards. Utilize instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges for precise measurements. General:

Qualifications and Skills:

B.Tech degree in a relevant engineering discipline (excluding Civil and Computer Science). Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies. Proficiency in using measurement tools and interpreting technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience:

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
