Production Management

Monitor daily production targets and ensure alignment with expected output Plan and allocate manpower, machinery, and resources efficiently Track production data, identify gaps, and improve productivity

Maintenance Oversight

Implement preventive maintenance schedules for crushers, conveyors, and other equipment Reduce breakdown time by identifying and addressing potential issues early Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure quick repairs and minimal downtime
?

Operations Control

Supervise plant operations, ensuring safety and compliance with company policies Maintain proper stock levels of spares, lubricants, and consumables Prepare daily/weekly reports for management
?

Team Leadership

Supervise operators, mechanics, and support staff Conduct regular briefings and ensure discipline and safety standards are followed
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

Have you previously managed production targets in a stone crusher plant? Are you experienced in preventive maintenance of crushers, conveyors, and screening plants? Can you stay full-time at our plant location (Jhankarpali, Rengali, Sambalpur, Odisha)? Are you comfortable maintaining production reports and coordinating with management on daily targets?
