1. Responsible for efficiency and effectiveness of the line Ex.-Light section, Heavy section, Manual tension & CNC tension.
2. To ensure maintaining ISO 9001:2015 or IATF16949 compliance with supervision.
3. 5S and standardization related to new component development.
4. To ensure machine downtime and rejections with corrective and preventive actions with evidences of the line.
5. Conduct SPC (Statistical Process Control) as per plan.
6. Responsible for Coiling till Dispatch.
7. Responsible for continuous improvement, Kaizen & Poka yoke to whole organization.
Overall responsibility of Product Quality.
9. Housekeeping of Plant & implementation of 5S principles.
Supervise and motivate a team of workers.
Maintaining PPM of spring division as per customer requirements
Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
Review worker performance and identify training needs.
Authorities:
1. To stop the machine during non-conformity producing on machine.
2. To stop shipment to correct the quality problems.
