Position:

Line supervisor

Experience:

1-4 Years (Preferably in Footwear / Apparel / Garment / Manufacturing)

Fresher in manufacturing industry can apply.

Education:

HSC/ Any Graduate / Diploma / ITI

Salary:

Based on Experience Up to 25000.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor daily production line activities Ensure production targets and quality standards are met Maintain discipline and workflow on the shop floor Coordinate with QC, Store & Maintenance teams Train, guide & evaluate line workers for skill improvement Maintain daily output reports & production documentation Ensure safety and compliance as per audit requirements

Skills Required:

Strong team handling & leadership skills Knowledge of production processes Good communication & problem-solving ability Ready to work in a fast-paced environment
