Supervise, train, motivate, and evaluate machinists Verify setups, programming , tool selection, cycle times, and ensure adherence to quality standards . Identify and implement ways to improve methods, equipment, efficiency, and cost reduction (e.g., through 5S, cycle time reduction)..
