Job Summary
We seek motivated individuals to assemble high-quality electric bikes on our production line. You'll follow standardized processes to build, test, and package e-bikes, ensuring they meet safety standards and performance specifications. No prior e-bike experience
We will provide training-mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are key!

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble e-bike components (frames, motors, batteries, brakes, drivetrains, wheels, electronics) according to work instructions.

- Install and configure electrical systems (wiring harnesses, controllers, displays, sensors).

- Handle lithium-ion batteries safely and adhere to storage/charging protocols.

- Perform functional tests (motor engagement, brake response, display functionality).

- Conduct quality checks at each assembly stage; report defects promptly.

- Use hand/power tools (torque wrenches, electric screwdrivers, crimpers) safely and accurately.

- Maintain workstation organization and follow 5S principles.

- Meet daily production targets while prioritizing safety and quality.

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve assembly issues.

- Document production data accurately in digital or paper systems.

Qualifications
Required

- High school Diploma or equivalent.

- Fresher/1+ year of experience in

mechanical assembly,

electrical assembly, or

automotive/machinery production.

- Ability to read assembly diagrams, work instructions, and schematics.

- Basic proficiency with hand/power tools and torque specifications.

- Comfortable lifting up to

50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred

- Experience with

e-bikes,

e-scooters, or

electric vehicle assembly.

- Knowledge of lithium-ion battery safety protocols.

- Forklift certification or experience with material handling equipment.

- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or ISO 9001 standards.

Physical Requirements

- (7-10)-hour shifts.

- Perform repetitive motions (e.g., screwing, wiring, lifting).

- Work in a climate-controlled factory environment with moderate noise.
