Why Join Us

:

Immerse yourself in the dynamic world of capital market and financial services. Shape the future of digital finance by working on ground breaking projects. Collaborate with a diverse team of experts and visionaries. Elevate your career with continuous learning and growth opportunities.

Requirements

The Creative Producer at FYERS Studios is a high-ownership role focused exclusively on the end-to-end execution of all video content, combining a strong grasp of creative storytelling, technical production, and platform-specific optimization. This role demands strategic clarity, aesthetic judgment, and agile execution across multiple formats tailored across different social media. The candidate must have demonstrable experience producing, directing, and delivering high-impact video content for scalable digital consumption.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Video Production Ownership

Lead all stages of production: concept development, budgeting, pre-production, on-ground execution, and post-production oversight. Translate strategic input into executable production plans, including script breakdowns, shot lists, location planning, and crew coordination. Own shoot-day direction: ensure shot continuity, visual fidelity, and story flow during filming. Handle multi-camera setups, lighting plans, and sound direction to maintain cinematic quality under YouTube constraints. Manage shoot logistics: permissions, talent scheduling, prop sourcing, call sheets, and on-site troubleshooting.

2. YouTube-Centric Production Strategy

Produce with a deep understanding of YouTube platform dynamics including thumbnail composition, hook-building, viewer retention techniques, and pacing strategies. Collaborate with growth and content strategy teams to align production formats with analytics-driven learning. Develop reusable templates and frameworks for episodic content, scalable without compromising creativity. Own the feedback loop between video performance and production planning. Iterate formats based on data (CTR, AVD, retention curves, drop-off points).

3. Creative Direction on Set

Direct camera team and talent to achieve high-quality framing, rhythm, and tone aligned with the brand's visual identity. Ensure that lighting and production design support the tone of each video: instructional, aspirational, or documentary-style. Work closely with the cinematographers to dial in shot composition, transitions, and camera movement with consistency. Maintain a rigorous eye for detail to protect against visual distractions, continuity errors, or production lapses.

4. Post-Production Supervision

Review and guide the edit flow: from rough cuts to final delivery. Provide structured creative direction for cuts: narrative tightening, music scoring, graphics use, and title treatments. Maintain QC pipelines to ensure visual and audio consistency across episodes. Collaborate with the design and motion teams to ensure visual aids/graphics are contextually placed, brand-consistent, and effective.

Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory:

6+ years of experience in creative production with at least 3 years producing for YouTube-first brands or creators Deep understanding of YouTube metrics (CTR, AVD, retention) and their creative implications Demonstrated capability in end-to-end project management from pre-production to publishing Hands-on experience with directing shoots, managing small teams, and delivering content on aggressive timelines Advanced fluency in production grammar (camera, lighting, sound, shot breakdowns, narrative structuring) Proficiency with production and review tools.

Preferred:

Prior experience working with finance-focused content or creators is a strong plus Understanding of episodic formats, knowledge verticals, and visual frameworks for educational content Knowledge of digital-first design systems and working in multi-disciplinary creative environments Ability to scale production with templated structures while retaining creative freshness
