Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the entire production floor. Supervise a team of carpenters, polishers, upholsterers, and other skilled workers. Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet delivery targets. Monitor quality standards and minimize wastage. Coordinate with the design and procurement teams for timely material availability. Ensure on-time delivery and resolve on-ground production challenges. Maintain discipline, safety, and efficiency within the production unit.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10-15 years of hands-on experience in the

furniture industry

(mandatory). Should have a reliable and skilled team of laborers (preferred). Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Deep understanding of furniture manufacturing processes and finishing techniques. Ability to deliver under tight timelines with high attention to quality.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
