Job Summary

Assist production teams in daily tasks, maintain records, ensure smooth operations and learn production processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Support: Assist production teams in daily tasks, such as material handling, equipment setup and product assembly.

2. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate production records, including production schedules, inventory and quality control documents.

3. Quality Control: Inspect products for defects, document findings and recommend improvements.

4. Safety and Compliance: Follow safety protocols, regulations and company policies.

5. Communication: Liaise with production teams, supervisors and management to address production concerns.

6. Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions, learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.

Requirements

1. Education: Diploma or degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, electrical), operations management or related fields.

2. Experience: 0-1 year of experience in production/manufacturing.

3. Skills: Attention to detail, communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

4. Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
