Job description:

o Production Process Control.

o To control Labour

o Quality Maintain

o Handel Plant

o Oversee day-to-day operations.

o Set policies and processes.

o Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.

o Oversee recruitment and training of new employees.

o Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.

o Direct the employee assessment process.

o Prepare regular reports for upper management.

o Ensure staff follow health and safety regulations.

o To keep working sheds properly managed, neat and clean.

o Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors).

o Rejection Check and Approval.
