Production In Charge

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Production In Charge to oversee and manage all aspects of our production operations. The ideal candidate is a

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management

: Lead, coordinate, record and supervise all daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

Follow-Up & Execution

: Demonstrate persistent and meticulous follow-up on all production stages, from sampling to final shipment, ensuring all deadlines and specifications are met.

Merchandising Coordination

: Work closely with the merchandising team, ensuring production aligns with buyer requirements and operational plans.

Technical Knowledge Application

: Apply a strong working knowledge of fabric types, colours, and their properties to troubleshoot issues and maintain quality standards.

Data & Reporting

: Utilize

Google Sheets

proficiently to manage production reports, track progress, analyze data, and generate necessary documentation.

Quality Control

: Implement and monitor quality control procedures throughout the production cycle.

Team Leadership

: Guide and motivate the production staff to achieve optimal performance and maintain a stable, disciplined working environment.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience

: A minimum of 5 years of proven, relevant experience in production management, preferably within the textile or garment industry.

Skills

: Exceptional organizational and persistent follow-up skills are mandatory.

Technical Proficiency

: Must have solid knowledge of merchandising processes, fabric types, and color management.

Software Proficiency

: Strong working knowledge of

Google Sheets

is essential.

Age

: Must be 45 years old or under.

Gender

: Male candidates are preferred for this role.

Commitment

: Must be looking for long-term job stability and commitment to the company.

Location

: Must reside within a 30-45 minute commute of the workplace.

Compensation

Salary

: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
