Supervise Production Activities

: Oversee daily production operations to ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Plan and Organize Schedules

: Develop and implement production schedules to meet targets and optimize resource utilization.

Quality Control

: Maintain quality control standards and conduct product inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.

Team Management

: Supervise and motivate production staff, providing training and support as necessary to enhance performance.

Health and Safety Compliance

Process Improvement

: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
