Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Production Incharge to manage and oversee garment production operations, ensure timely output, and maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day garment production activities Plan and monitor production schedules Ensure quality standards and timely delivery Handle manpower and line balancing Coordinate with quality, merchandising & management teams Monitor production targets and efficiency Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
Qualification:

Any Degree / Diploma (Textile / Garments preferred)
Experience:

Minimum 3+ years experience Mandatory: Production experience in garments manufacturing
Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of garment production processes Leadership and team handling skills Problem-solving ability Good communication skills
Salary:

?23,000+ per month (based on experience & interview)
