Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and control production to ensure efficient operation.

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team.

Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.

Monitor the use of equipment and ensure it is maintained in good working condition.

Coordinate with design, quality control, stores, and maintenance teams for smooth workflow.

Maintain production documentation including work orders, progress reports, and shift records.

Identify and resolve production issues in real time.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety guidelines.

Optimize resource utilization and minimize downtime.

Qualifications & Skills:

B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering or related field

Minimum

3 year of experience as Production Supervisor or Incharge in a manufacturing company

Good knowledge of fabrication, welding, cutting, assembly, and steel structure production

Strong leadership and team management skills

Ability to read engineering drawings and production plans

Basic knowledge of MS Office and production reporting tools

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Profile:

Candidates with experience in

PEB, structural fabrication, roofing, or heavy manufacturing
