Job Description

We are hiring a responsible and experienced

Production Incharge

for our

food manufacturing unit

. The ideal candidate should be able to manage day-to-day production activities, monitor quality and hygiene, supervise workers, and coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements:

Female candidates only

Age 35 years and above

Educational Qualification:

Any Degree Preference will be given to

local candidates (nearby areas)

Experience in a food industry or supervisory role is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production operations in the food processing unit Ensure adherence to quality and hygiene standards (FSSAI compliance) Supervise and train production staff Maintain records of production batches, stock, and raw material usage Ensure proper cleaning and upkeep of the production floor and equipment Coordinate with Quality Control, Purchase, and Inventory teams
