Material coordination and inter-department collaboration
Daily, weekly, and monthly production reporting
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Production output vs planned targets
Manpower utilization efficiency
Rework and rejection percentage
Machine downtime and maintenance adherence
Safety compliance and incidents
On-time project delivery
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field
3-5 years of experience in solid wood furniture manufacturing
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of solid wood processes and finishes
Leadership and team management capabilities
Technical knowledge of machinery and tooling
Data-driven and execution-focused mindset
High attention to quality and detail
