Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated

Production Incharge

to oversee day-to-day production operations in our light engineering manufacturing unit, preferably with exposure to the

solar industry

. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to perform efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the complete production process, ensuring timely and quality output. Monitor and manage production schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment. Implement and maintain lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Coordinate with the design, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations. Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental policies. Train and supervise production staff; evaluate performance and provide necessary guidance. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions promptly. Maintain records and prepare regular production reports for management.

Requirements

Educational Qualification

: B.Tech or Diploma in any engineering stream.

Experience

: 8 to 10 years of experience in production, preferably in a

light engineering

setup or the

solar manufacturing industry

. Proven experience in managing teams and production lines. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Good understanding of production planning and control. Ability to work under high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
